On Thursday, December 12th, we will have some of the traditional devotions to Our Lady of Guadalupe. The story and miraculous image of Our Lady are a testament to God’s Providence for the Americas and the Feast helps us to consider and honor the Motherhood of our Blessed Lady as we get closer to Christmas.

At 6:00AM we will have the “Mananitas”, serenading Our Lady with traditional hymns and lively songs in Spanish. In Mexico the people would open a window and sing to honor the image of Our Lady from outside the church…in Minnesota…we’ll do it from the narthex.

At 6:30AM we will have a sung mass.

After Mass there will be Mexican pastries and hot chocolate in the parish center, but please respond to the flocknote poll if you would like to have food after Mass.
