All Souls’ Day is Saturday, November 2. Three public Masses (with distribution of Holy Communion) will be offered at 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 11:30 AM.

The 9:00 AM Mass will be a solemn Requiem concluding with absolution over the catafalque. A plenary indulgence (under the usual conditions) can be obtained for the poor souls for the visiting of a cemetery any or all days between November 1-8 and praying for the souls in purgatory (there are no prescribed prayers, so it can be anything from a Memorare to a whole Rosary), as well as praying for intention of the Holy Father. Everyone is strongly encouraged to assist at Mass this day, if possible, keeping in mind the words from Sacred Scripture: It is therefore a holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead, that they may be loosed from their sins.
